I had previously ordered boneless chicken from, and I was genuinely impressed. The chicken was fresh, well-packed, and tasted great. I even left a very positive review at the time because the experience exceeded my expectations.
However, my recent experience with mutton order was a bit disappointing. The quality didn’t quite match up to the standard set by their chicken. The meat was a bit tough and lacked the same freshness and flavor I had come to expect. While the delivery and packaging were still fine, the product itself didn’t live up to expectations.
I hope the team takes this feedback constructively and works on improving the quality of the mutton, because based on the chicken, my expectations were quite high.
